I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data Policy", is intended to regulate the relationship in the processing of personal data between BeBio Holding  hereinafter referred to as "Provider", owner of the e-shop: www.bebio.gr, hereinafter referred to as "E-shop", and each of the users, hereinafter referred to as "User (s)" of the E-shop, in connection with the use by the User of the E-shop.

III. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 3. (1) The Provider, through the E-shop, collects, stores and processes personal data of the Users only in connection with its activity, in compliance with the requirements of the applicable law and with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Switzerland.

(2) The personal data of the User may be used for authentication and communication in case of inquiries or generated job applications, provision of advertising content adapted to the interests of the User, sending a Bulletin in case the User has given his consent to receive of such, statistical information for the use of the E-shop, protection of the information security of the E-shop, accounting purposes in connection with the use of the services of the Provider, Ensuring the provision of the services of the Provider.

(3) The Provider does not use and does not process personal data of the User, which provide information about racial or ethnic origin, which are related to the health, sexual life, human genome of the User, which are related to political, religious, philosophical beliefs or participations.

(4) The Provider shall take measures for protection of the personal data of the User according to the current legislation in the Switzerland, including the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 4. By using the Online Store, the Recipient expressly agrees that the Provider has the right to process his personal data in accordance with these General Terms available at: https://bebio.com/en/terms/.

Art. 5. The Provider does not disclose, sell, exchange or in any other way provide to third parties the information that the Online Store collects during the visits of the User, except when required by applicable law and / or by a competent authority authorized by law, but always in compliance with the current legislation in the Switzerland.
