I. General conditions.

These general conditions are in force from 01.10.2020 and regulate the manner and conditions of purchase and sale through the website of https://bebio.gr/, which is owned by BeBio Holding. hereinafter referred to as "Trader". By visiting the website, the user, hereinafter referred to as "Customer", agrees and undertakes to use these Terms of Use.

1. https://bebio.gr is a web site for e-commerce - for sale and delivery of the goods published in it.

2. The trader has the right to change the prices of the goods offered on the site without notifying the users on the site.

3. The consumer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the order and confirmation of the selected product.

4. In case of submission of incorrect or wrong address, contact person or telephone number by the Client, the Merchant is not considered obliged for any binding and execution of the order.

5. The contract with the Client is considered concluded after the completion of the procedure for ordering a product from the Online Store at https://bebio.gr by the Client.

6. The Merchant is obliged after receiving and confirming the application from the Client to deliver the ordered goods to the Client.

7. The Merchant is not responsible if the Client has indicated incorrect or incomplete data in an order placed at https://bebio.com.

8. There may be a discrepancy in the color range of the products shown in the photos, for which the Merchant is not responsible.

9. The customer pays the price of the product at the time of the order made. The e-trader has no right to change the price at the time of delivery of the item to the customer.

II. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. The trader undertakes:

1.1. To confirm the availability of the ordered items or to refuse the order within 3 working days;

1.2 To deliver within 3 working days the goods that the Client has ordered and are available.

2. The client undertakes:

2.1. To indicate correctly the data for ordering and delivery of the goods.

2.2. To pay the price of the goods and to provide access for receiving the goods according to the specified conditions.

3. In case the Client is not found within the term for execution of the delivery to the indicated address, the Merchant shall be released from his obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase. The customer can confirm his wish to receive the goods even after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, bearing all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts to run from the moment of confirmation.

III. Refusal of goods

1. The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered for purchase when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:

1.1. The delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered for purchase by the Customer and this can be established through its ordinary inspection;

1.2. The price that the Customer has to pay does not correspond to the price at which the goods were ordered.

2. The customer has the right, without compensation or penalty, to return the received items if the they meet one of the above reasons. Return is allowed under the following conditions:

2.1. The goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging without traces of use (if any).

2.2. The customer pays all costs related to the transportation of the goods to the address indicated by the representative of the Merchant.

2.3. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

IV. Refund

1. The refund of an amount for purchased goods is made after acceptance of the shipment by the Merchant, and after establishing its integrity! The refund is made by bank transfer, to an account sent electronically by the Client. The refund is made within 15 working days.

2. The Merchant reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the Customer in case of violation of one or more conditions for return of goods.

V. Personal data

1. The Merchant takes due care to protect the personal data of the Client, which became known when filling in the electronic form for making a purchase application.

2. Subject to applicable law and the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, the Merchant may use the personal data of the Customer only for the purposes provided in the contract.

 

VI. Warranty:

1. The Merchant gives the Customer with each purchased product a guarantee provided by the Bulgarian legislation and in particular the Consumer Protection Act.

2. The security shall be void in the case of:

2.1. Damage caused by poor storage or improper operation by the customer.
